Terms of Service

Welcome to ATHLOM. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Purpose

ATHLOM is a “hybrid athlete” training app (strength, endurance, mobility) with body metrics, social features, challenges, planning and personalized recommendations (Coach Athlom).

2. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be of the minimum legal age required in your country (at least 16).
One account per person. We may suspend an account in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

post illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading content or content infringing others' rights (including in usernames, bios, messages, groups);
impersonate a third party or spam (notably via friend requests: the number of pending requests is limited);
bypass security, scrape data en masse, or disrupt the service;
use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes.

We may remove content or restrict an account in case of breach.

4. User content

You retain your rights to the content you create (sessions, comments, photos, messages). You grant us a limited license, necessary to host and display this content as part of the app's operation (e.g., showing your profile to your friends). You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Coach Athlom & recommendations

Coach Athlom generates programs, cycles and reviews for informational, non-medical purposes. ATHLOM does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a program, in case of injury, pain or a specific condition. You use the recommendations at your own risk.

6. Premium subscriptions

Some features require a premium subscription, managed via the store (Google Play / App Store) and RevenueCat.
Price, duration and auto-renewal are shown at purchase. Management and cancellation happen in your store account.
A free trial may be offered; unless stated otherwise, it converts into a paid subscription if not cancelled before it ends.
Refunds are governed by the relevant store's terms.

7. Health, GPS and safety

Location (GPS) and health features (steps, Health Connect) require your permission and may consume battery.
Train safely, adapt the effort to your condition, and follow traffic rules during outdoor activities. ATHLOM is not liable for injuries or damages related to your practice.

8. Service availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided “as is”. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the app.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATHLOM shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings (with a 30-day reactivation window, see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access in case of breach of the Terms.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Significant changes will be notified in the app; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Contact: athlom.app@gmail.com.
